KARIBU REMOTE ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Data Hosting and Access
1.1 The User grants Karibu Software Solutions Ltd permission to host certain data on its secure online servers for the purpose of enabling remote access through the Karibu Remote Access application ("App").
1.2 The hosted data will be accessible only through the App and will be subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.
2. Data Availability
2.1 The App will provide access to hotel data covering the most recent 30 days only.
2.2 Data older than 30 days will be deleted from the online servers but will remain accessible within the onsite server located in the business premises.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 Karibu Software Solutions Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data accessed through the App.
3.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentation of information within the App.
3.3 The User is responsible for verifying all critical business data against the offline system at the hotel before making any decisions based on the App’s information.
4. Security and Compliance
4.1 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel access the App.
4.2 The Company implements security measures to protect hosted data; however, the User acknowledges that no online system is completely secure, and the Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.
5. Service Modifications and Termination
5.1 The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of the service at its discretion.
5.2 The Company may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the App in cases of misuse, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By creating and using a Karibu Remote Access account, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of their business or entity.
